Some people out there are so busy that they think they don’t have time to go to the gym. When I started going to the gym I was just as lazy as your average Joe. So I did a little research online and found out that even some professional bodybuilders spend only 5-6 hours in the gym! So I created a basic plan for myself when going to the gym. I would go to the gym three times a week and no more than two hours a day. Although only three days is needed a week it has to be a good quality time in the gym. This means that the number one factor into being successful is to maintain focus to maximize the workout quality for only two hours a day three times a week!
